Indicate your team name and/or 2 specific conflict dates in Special Instruction Box. (You may also hand in conflict dates with your roster.)
Select desired level of play with the drop down menu (if applicable)
After your payment is received and MSSC staff processes your registration, a roster form will be emailed to you with a Welcome Letter from info@manayunksportandsocial.com. (Keep in mind, if you register on a weekend, you will receive your roster and welcome letter the next business day)
There is no mail being shipped to your house.
